The Meditation Centre is a place of stillness, beauty and inspiration


The Meditation Centre is situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales close to the Lake District in the village of Dent, Cumbria. It is open daily for people to use for meditation or quiet reflection and visitors are always welcome. Eliza founded the Meditation Centre in 1998 and all the Iuna Meditation Courses take place at the Centre.

Dentdale is a valley of contrasts, from cobbled streets and old stone houses to open fells, wooded valleys, waterfalls and tumbling streams and is a perfect place for retreat. The Centre is situated at the top of the village and there is a garden at the rear.
