Iuna Meditation Courses and Retreats

Iuna offers a range of meditation courses and retreats for beginners as well as those who already have extensive experience in meditation. All the courses and retreats are designed to deepen the experience of meditation and facilitate the process of Self-transformation.
The courses take place at The Meditation Centre in Dent and the Retreats take place in Spain.

Anyone can meditate – learning is easy

Anyone can meditate – the art of meditation lies in its effortlessness. It is this that eludes so many, yet it is easily attainable by all. Personal tuition allows everyone to have this experience. No belief is imposed and none required and you can meditate lying down or sitting up – all it takes is twenty minutes a day.
